A note on organics:
Unfortunately, while this coffee comes to us Certified Organic, I cannot apply this label to our coffee. Technically, all of our coffee is organically grown, processed, and roasted. However, most of the farmers we are working with cannot afford the organic certification and we do not want to put that on them, nor transfer that to you.
I hope you enjoy all of our "non-certified" organic coffees.
